Property Cards & CAMA Codes
*Note: Go to the online GIS on this Assessor's Department page, locate your property, enlarge it and click on the property. You will see the "Documents & Links", "Assessment", and "Building Data". Within the Document link, you will find the CAI Property Card and Vision Property Card.
CAI Property Card Provides Basic
Information about your property location and some higher level information about location, Assessed Values and some building details. CAI Property Cards provide some information into the detailed Vision Property Card.
Vision Property Card
Provides detailed information about your property and valuations.
CAMA Codes
Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal files are state codes used to describer your property features and classifications.
