Under the general direction of the Town Manager, coordinates the activities of all of the Boards and Departments involved in regulating land use and land development in town including the Planning Department, Conservation, Zoning, and Building Department. Coordinates with Sewer Commission and Department of Public Works on utility, stormwater management, drainage, road extension or development, and/or other related development matters. Serves as unofficial Assistant Town Manager.
